Crafty McSchnafty has been, ahem... "hooking" on the northside since 2003.  Once a devout crocheter, she picked up the bamboo needles in 2006 and has been riding the knit and purl train since.  Always looking for new inspiration, Crafty is open to creative custom design ideas.  She'll knit a sweater for anything that will sit still for an hour.  

 

In her spare time, Crafty frequently leads Unconditional Craft Night, where a group of ladies craft on the cheap, accompanied by wine and cheese.  She wrote a book.  She blogs.  She bakes.  She likes to ride her bike.  When she's not knee-deep in the above activities, she's gracing Chicagoland's jazz stages with her versatile vocal stylings.  Crafty is currently working on plans to knit in her sleep to fill the other two hours of the day.
